Job Post – PeopleSoft Finance & Supply Chain Functional Lead

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Finance & Supply Chain professional to lead application support and functional operations for a large organization.

Location - Pune

Exp - 15+ years

Notice period - immediate to 60 days

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end production support for PeopleSoft Finance & Supply Chain applications.
Provide strong functional expertise across PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain modules.
Manage and resolve production issues, functional incidents, enhancements, and application support requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective functional solutions.
Lead a team of 10+ resources , ensuring effective delivery, issue resolution, and day-to-day support operations.
Drive support processes, prioritization, escalations, and continuous improvement.




Coordinate with technical teams and other stakeholders for issue resolution and application stability.
Ensure smooth functioning of PeopleSoft applications in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Must-Have Skills:
Strong PeopleSoft Finance functional experience .
Robust PeopleSoft Supply Chain functional experience .
Robust functional expertise with hands-on experience in application support.
Experience in a leadership/team management role .
Proven experience in end-to-end production support in a large organization.
Experience managing a team of 10+ resources .

Valuable to Have:
Experience in the Healthcare domain .
Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.

Ideal Candidate: A strong PeopleSoft functional professional who combines Finance & Supply Chain expertise with production support leadership and people management experience .
