We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across paid advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, a performance-focused mindset, and hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending to achieve business and revenue objectives.
Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights.
Work closely with creative, content, sales, and business teams to improve campaign performance.




Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Identify opportunities for scaling high-performing campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new campaign formats, audiences, and strategies.
Stay updated on changes to advertising platforms, algorithms, policies, and digital marketing trends.
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Understanding of performance marketing concepts and digital advertising funnels.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem solving skill
Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing required
