Role & responsibilities
Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Process customer requests such as:
Cash deposits and withdrawals
Cheque processing
Demand drafts
Account servicing requests
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
Promote and cross-sell banking products such as:
Savings Accounts
Current Accounts
Fixed Deposits
Insurance Products
Investment Products
Ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and adherence to bank policies.
Deliver a positive customer experience to improve customer retention and referrals.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc preferred).
0 to 5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Customer Service, or Sales.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable understanding of banking products and branch operations.
Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle queries and resolve issues effectively.
Solid cross-selling and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage cash and non-cash transactions accurately.
Basic knowledge of KYC, account opening, and banking compliance processes.
