Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities and commercial assets Deliver high levels of customer service while ensuring adherence to bank policies Cross-sell a wide range of banking products to deepen client engagement

Inform clients about recent products and enhancements to strengthen relationships Plan and execute special sales initiatives and client engagement events Coordinate with group companies to offer seamless access to other financial products

Maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts Track and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT)
