About us

Controls Instruments India has 45+ years of experience in electrical control panels and industrial automation. We are a Schneider Certified Panel Builder, Yaskawa VFD Service Integrator and Multispan Authorised Dealer, with deep expertise in panels for plastic and rubber machinery.

The role

We are hiring a PLC Engineer to program, test and commission PLC and HMI systems for industrial machines and control panels.

What you will do
Develop and modify PLC programs (ladder logic) for industrial machines
Create HMI screens, alarms and parameter pages
Interface VFDs, temperature controllers and sensors with PLCs
Set up Modbus RTU/TCP communication
Prepare I/O lists and program documentation from electrical drawings
Test and debug in the workshop,



then commission and troubleshoot at customer sites
Provide after-sales support and program modifications

What we are looking for
Diploma or B.Tech/BE in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechatronics
Minimum 1 year of hands-on PLC programming on Delta, Mitsubishi or similar makes (Siemens, Schneider, Omron, Allen-Bradley)
HMI programming experience (Delta, Mitsubishi GOT, Weintek or similar)
Basic knowledge of VFDs, servo drives and temperature controllers
Ability to read circuit diagrams
Willingness to travel for site commissioning

Positive to have
Experience with injection moulding, extrusion or rubber machinery controls
Knowledge of Yaskawa VFDs or Schneider automation products
