Roles and Responsibilities
Design and execute plumbing systems, including domestic water supply, drainage, sewage, and stormwater systems.
Prepare and review plumbing layouts, shop drawings, and isometric drawings using AutoCAD.
Perform hydraulic calculations for pipe sizing, water demand, and drainage systems.
Supervise plumbing installation work and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, civil, and architectural teams to resolve site-related issues.
Prepare BOQs, material takeoffs, and material requisitions.
Inspect plumbing materials and verify compliance with approved technical specifications.
Conduct pressure testing, leakage testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of plumbing activities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and applicable plumbing codes.
Prepare inspection requests, daily progress reports,



and as-built drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to plumbing installation.
Support project handover by preparing testing reports and as-built documentation.

Required Skills
Knowledge of plumbing system design and execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.
Understanding of plumbing materials, fittings, valves, and pumps.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material estimation.
Familiarity with plumbing testing and commissioning procedures.
Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
