Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and construction planning for civil engineering projects using MS Project or Primavera.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely task completion.
Monitor progress against scheduled milestones and proactively resolve potential issues.
Provide technical guidance on project management best practices to junior team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement project plans aligned with organizational goals.
Analyze project data to optimize planning processes and improve overall efficiency.

Job Requirements :
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, NICMAR, ACM, ACT software tools.
Solid understanding of project scheduling, coordination, monitoring, and resource allocation principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Robust knowledge of construction planning principles and practices.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills.
