Plant Head – Manufacturing Operations

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing and plant operations. The role will drive production, productivity, quality, cost optimization, delivery, operational excellence, team development, and system building.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead overall plant manufacturing and day-to-day operations.
Drive production planning, scheduling, productivity, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Maintenance, Quality, Purchase, and Stores.
Optimise manpower, machines, materials, and infrastructure.
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
Reduce wastage, rejection, rework, downtime, and operating costs.
Improve machine availability and preventive maintenance.
Establish SOPs, systems, KPIs, operational discipline, and review mechanisms.
Develop teams and strengthen accountability, safety, and performance culture.




Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
Lead operational improvement projects supporting business growth.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Production / Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
15–20 years of relevant manufacturing/plant operations experience.
Experience in capacitor, electrical/electronic, mechanical components, or mass manufacturing is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
