Job Description
Define and execute the technology strategy for the India technology organization in alignment with global leadership priorities.
Lead large-scale technology delivery across software engineering, enterprise platforms, data and analytics, CRM, financial systems, contact center technologies, and emerging technology initiatives.
Manage, develop, and grow a team of 50+ technology professionals, including workforce planning, succession management, and capability building.
Establish governance frameworks, operational excellence standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
15+ years of technology experience, including at least 5 years in a senior technology leadership role.
Strong expertise in software engineering,



AI, technology platforms, or related disciplines.
Proven success leading large cross-functional teams within a global capability center, shared services, or offshore delivery setting.
Solid stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
Experience working with North American or multinational technology organizations is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, cloud technologies, and up-to-date software delivery practices.
