Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily production planning, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting quality standards.
Plan and coordinate assembly processes to meet production targets, minimizing delays and rejections.
Manage shop floor operations, including shift planning, supervision, and maintenance schedules.
Monitor productivity levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
(EXPERIENCE IN CNC / VMC Machining operations & production, will be an advantage)
