Labcorp is seeking a AEM Developer to join our team at Bangalore/Mumbai, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule!

Job Responsibilities

- AEM Development: Design, develop, configure, and maintain AEM components, templates, Sling Models, OSGi services, workflows, schedulers, servlets, content fragments, experience fragments, and authoring capabilities.
- Reusable Platform Capabilities: Create modular, configurable solutions using AEM Core Components and established design-system patterns to increase reuse across business areas and reduce one-off development. Customize and extend the AEM platform using Java, HTL/Sightly, and other relevant technologies to meet specific project needs.
- Integration Delivery: Build and support integrations between AEM and APIs, DAM, analytics, personalization, CRM, search, identity, consent, and other enterprise services.
- Performance & Reliability: Optimize website performance and ensure efficient content delivery through caching, indexing, page rendering, and other AEM optimization techniques. Support monitoring and root-cause analysis.
- Release Support: Contribute to estimates, sprint commitments, deployment plans, release validation, rollback readiness, and post-production verification during approved deployment windows.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues across author, publish, Dispatcher, application, and integration layers in partnership with operations, QA, and IT teams. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Documentation & Transition: Create and maintain technical specifications, runbooks, solution diagrams, test evidence, and knowledge articles; actively participate in agency knowledge transfer and reverse-shadow activities. Document technical specifications,



system architecture, and deployment processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 or more years of experience as an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer, with a strong focus on AEM 6.x or above.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications, components, services, and integrations using AEM and related web technologies.
- Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, HTL/Sightly, Maven, and AEM component and service development.
- Hands-on experience with AEM Core Components, editable templates, content fragments, experience fragments, and authoring frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, author/publish topology, Dispatcher, caching, replication, permissions, workflows, and content packaging.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, GraphQL, and common enterprise integration patterns.
- Adobe Experience Manager certification.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, Cloud Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, and enterprise DAM integrations.
- Experience with accessibility standards such as WCAG, secure development practices, SEO, performance optimization, and high-traffic websites. Experience with ReactJS, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
