Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales management, team handling, target achievement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Conduct daily sales reviews, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
- Track sales metrics, conversions, and revenue generation.
- Ensure proper lead management and follow-up processes.
- Train new team members and support their professional development.
- Resolve customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals.
- Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and productivity.




- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to senior management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 9 years of sales experience, including team management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting.
