We are looking for an experienced Admission Counselor to handle student counselling, admissions, lead follow-ups, and course guidance for our education and skill-development programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and understand their education and career goals.
- Handle admissions for IELTS, PTE, OET, French, German, Spanish, Digital Marketing, Nursing, and other professional courses.
- Explain course structure, duration, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert potential leads into admissions.
- Handle walk-in, telephone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries professionally.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and student details.
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding batches and student requirements.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.




- Build positive relationships with students and provide support throughout the admission process.

Requirements
- Previous experience as an Admission Counselor is required.
- Experience in an education institute, language institute, IELTS/PTE centre, or skill-training institute will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and convincing skills.
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Robust follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, social media leads, and MS Office is preferred.
