Let's Enterprise

Pune

Most admissions counsellors spend their day selling a degree that has not changed in decades, from a desk where not much changes either.

This is not that job.

Let's Enterprise built India's first Working BBA — a three-year degree where students run live projects for real companies and do real apprenticeships, and graduate with a portfolio instead of just a transcript. Nobody else in the country is doing this. Which means every call you make is not a recital of a brochure.

It is explaining something genuinely new to a parent deciding their child's next three years. That is a harder conversation than the one most counsellors have. It is also a far more interesting one.

We are a small team moving fast at the front of a real change in Indian undergraduate business education. What you do here shows up in the numbers the same week you do it, and your scope grows as quick as you do.

WHY THIS JOB EXISTS

Every week, students and parents reach out after a career fair, a school visit, or after finding us online at 11pm. Every week, school counsellors need a reason to put us in front of their students. Somebody has to pick up every one of those calls, answer every one of those emails, and make sure nobody who is genuinely interested falls through the cracks. That's you.

THE JOB: THREE THINGS, DONE WELL

- Inbound leads. Call and follow up with every student or parent who has shown interest — a form fill, a fair sign-up, a website enquiry. Answer their real questions, work out who is serious, and move those people to a next step: a call with admissions, a campus visit, an application.
- School counsellor outreach. Email and call school counsellors to set up short intro meetings — a call, a visit,

a presentation slot. You are building a relationship a counsellor remembers next admissions season, not making a one-time pitch.
- CRM, kept honest. Every lead, every call, every "call me back in two weeks" goes into the CRM the day it happens, not the day before a review. Nothing gets followed up late because it only existed in someone's head.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- One to three years in admissions counselling, inside sales, telecalling, or a similarly conversation-heavy, follow-up-heavy role.
- You are comfortable being the fifth call a parent takes today, and making them want to keep talking to you anyway.
- You can write a clear, correctly-pitched email to a school counsellor without needing a template for every single one.
- You keep a CRM updated because you want to know where things stand, not because someone is checking.

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in school or college admissions, ed-tech, or test-prep counselling.
- Marathi or Hindi alongside English.
- Comfort with phone-heavy days — this is a calling-first role.

WHAT IT PAYS ₹5,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 a year. Where you land in that range comes down to relevant experience and what you can actually do — not years served.

HOW WE WORK

Small team, hands-on work, real ownership from your first week.

High growth means your scope grows faster here than it would anywhere with a fixed org chart. Alongside the usual leave and public holidays, we fund your learning every year, give you paid days for volunteering and for looking after yourself, and let you pick a few extra holidays that actually matter to you. How you grow here comes down to what you contribute, not your degree or your background.

GROWTH PROSPECTS

Admissions is the front door of a company that is growing. Whoever gets good at it first ends up building the function rather than just working inside it.

In two or three years, the straight path from here is leading a small admissions team — hiring the next counsellors, deciding how the calls get made, owning the number instead of contributing to it.

That is not the only path. People move sideways here as often as up. If what you turn out to be good at is school partnerships, or running the career fairs, or the programme side, or marketing — those are all real jobs at LE, and they have all been done by someone who started somewhere else. A small team means the next role is usually visible before it is vacant.

WHERE AND WHEN

Bhosalenagar, Pune. On-site, Monday to Friday full days plus Saturday half day, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. You will need your own laptop. We'd like whoever we hire to join within a month of us making an offer. Sooner, if you can manage it.
