We are looking for a Counsellor who will be responsible for interacting with parents, understanding their requirements, providing information about the school and programs, and supporting the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel parents and provide complete information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and programs.
- Handle parent enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Schedule and coordinate school visits and parent meetings.
- Participate in school events, promotional activities, and admission campaigns.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in counselling, admissions, customer service, education, or a related field preferred.
- Positive command of English and Tamil.
- Candidates with experience in preschool/school admissions or education counselling will be preferred.
