Job Title: Admission Counsellor – Online MBA

Chitkara University Online is hiring an Admission Counsellor to drive enrollments for its Online MBA program. The role involves counseling prospective students, managing the admission process end-to-end, and achieving enrollment targets while ensuring a positive applicant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective students
- Convert leads into enrollments through needs analysis, objection handling, and closing
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
- Follow up rigorously on warm and cold leads using CRM
- Pitch program benefits confidently and handle price/eligibility objections
- Conduct virtual counselling sessions, webinars, and info calls
- Maintain accurate lead, call, and conversion data in CRM
- Ensure timely enrollment,



documentation, and fee closure

Requirements

- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 4–6 years of experience in admissions or education sales
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
- Target-oriented with CRM and technology proficiency
- Understanding of online education preferred
