Hexcode Think Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kottakal, Kerala. This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

You will be responsible for generating new leads, communicating with potential customers, introducing our products and services, and converting qualified prospects into customers. You will also work closely with customers during the onboarding process and help build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new sales leads.
- Reach out to prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and solutions to potential customers.
- Conduct sales discussions and product demonstrations when required.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Assist customers during the initial onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Provide regular updates on sales progress and customer interactions.

Requirements

- Confidence in communicating with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn about technology products and services.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior sales or business development experience is an advantage but not required.

Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Lunch Break: 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off
