: Accounts Receivable Officer Position: Accounts Receivable Officer Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: Minimum 3 years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on current salary & experience) Joining Timeline: Immediate Joiner preferred (0 to 15 days notice period) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to manage our billing, collections, and client account reconciliations at our Pimple Saudagar, Pune office. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, managing ledger accuracy, and maintaining healthy cash flow. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of core experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) , strong reconciliation skills, and can join immediately.

Hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho ERP is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities Invoicing & Billing: Generate, verify, and dispatch accurate tax invoices, debit notes, and ledger statements to clients in a timely manner. Collections & Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with corporate clients via phone and email to minimize Overdue Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and secure timely payments.

Payment Reconciliation: Record daily bank receipts and online transfers; perform bank, client ledger,



and GST/TDS reconciliations.

Credit Control: Monitor client payment terms, keep track of aging reports, and highlight dispute or bad debt risks to management.

Dispute Resolution: Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to resolve client billing queries or discrepancies smoothly.

AR Reporting: Maintain clean weekly and monthly AR aging reports, cash inflow tracking, and pending recovery summaries for management.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Revenue Accounting.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Software Skills: Proficiency in Zoho Books / Zoho Suite (Preferred / Added Advantage) .

Experience with Tally or standard ERP systems and strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS).

Communication: Explicit verbal and written English communication skills for professional client management.
