- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Identify and address denial management by investigating reasons for denials and appealing denied claims.
- Utilize RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) software to process patient statements, payments, and adjustments efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as DME (Direct Medical Equipment) sales representatives to resolve billing discrepancies. cms1500 and UB04 and EV
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in the healthcare industry.
- Robust knowledge of revenue cycle management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets.
