Job Overview

Dior Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts & Purchase Junior to support our accounts, purchase, vendor coordination, documentation, and day-to-day administrative activities at our manufacturing unit in Mohali.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and purchase-related activities.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders and purchase-related documentation.
- Assist in maintaining stock and purchase records and coordinate with the store department.
- Verify purchase invoices and ensure proper documentation before processing.
- Maintain records of expenses, outstanding payments, and vendor accounts.
- Coordinate with accounts and other departments for timely documentation and transactions.
- Assist in bank-related, payment, and routine accounting work.
- Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders and material deliveries.
- Maintain proper filing and records of accounts and purchase documents.




- Perform other accounts and purchase-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
- Prior experience in Accounts and Purchase is required.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, purchase procedures, invoicing, and documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Tally/Marg or other accounting software will be preferred.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Should be responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
- Candidate must have an independent vehicle for local Bank/vendor-related requirements.
- Candidates residing in or around Mohali, Chandigarh, Kharar, or nearby areas will be preferred.
