Position: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist – USA Region

Location: Hyderabad, India (supporting U.S. operations)

Experience Required: 6–10 years in AR/AP with strong exposure to U.S. accounting practices, invoicing, and compliance

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled AR/AP Specialist to manage end-to-end invoice generation, payment collection, and receivable/payable tracking for our U.S. region operations. The ideal candidate will ensure strict adherence to timelines, minimize financial leakages, and maintain compliance with U.S. accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Invoice Management
- Generate and process client invoices in line with U.S. accounting standards.
- Ensure accuracy in invoice details, approvals, and supporting documentation.
- Track invoice status and resolve discrepancies promptly.

- Accounts Receivable
- Manage collections from clients, ensuring timely payments.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and escalate delays.
- Maintain accurate records of receipts and reconcile accounts.

- Accounts Payable
- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Verify supporting documents and approvals before disbursement.




- Track payables to avoid penalties and maintain vendor trust.
- Compliance & Controls
- Adhere to strict timelines and deadlines for AR/AP cycles.
- Identify and track financial leakages, implementing corrective measures.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and tax regulations.

- Reporting
- Prepare AR/AP aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Provide regular updates to finance leadership on collections and payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable with U.S. exposure.
- Strong knowledge of invoice generation, collections, and payment cycles.
- Hands-on expertise with QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar financial tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under strict timelines and manage multiple priorities.
