Production Executive – Chemical & Textile Department

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Executive to supervise day-to-day production activities in the Chemical & Textile Department, manage the production team, ensure smooth workflow, maintain production records and coordinate with relevant departments for timely production.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the production team and daily shop-floor activities.
Plan and monitor daily production as per production schedules and requirements.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, raw materials, machinery and resources.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality, quantity and timely completion.
Allocate work to team members and monitor their performance and productivity.
Maintain and update daily production reports, records, registers and MIS.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance and other departments.
Monitor material availability and inform concerned departments about shortages or requirements.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, 5S and company standards.
Identify production issues,



delays and process deviations and report them to the concerned HOD.
Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline on the production floor.
Support implementation of process improvements and productivity initiatives.
Perform other production-related activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Graduate – B.Com, B.Sc. or any other relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Production/Manufacturing, preferably in Chemical or Textile industry.
Good knowledge of production processes and shop-floor operations.
Positive team supervision, communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, production reports and documentation.
Ability to manage manpower and handle day-to-day production activities.
Willingness to work in a factory/production setting.
