Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute daily RMC production as per customer requirements.
Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Dispatch and Plant teams for smooth operations.
Ensure batching as per approved mix designs and timely concrete delivery.
Monitor plant, Transit Mixer and pump availability and utilization.
Manage manpower deployment and site execution during pours.
Maintain production, dispatch and VDMS records/MIS.
Coordinate with customers and resolve operational issues at site.
Ensure compliance with plant, site, TM and road safety requirements.
