Ensure effective use of resources, including manpower handling, equipment maintenance, and material management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance and company policies.
Develop and maintain documentation related to production planning, execution, and control.
Follow all the production process SOP & GMP regularization.
Analyze data to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
