Position: Production Manager

Location: Jaipur Rajasthan (WFO)

Key Responsibilities-
Unskilled Labor Management
Supervise and guide unskilled labor to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and workplace regulations
Shift Planning
Develop and manage effective shift schedules to ensure uninterrupted production.
Monitor attendance and address workforce issues promptly.
- Production Planning and Line Management-
Plan and execute production schedules to meet business targets.
Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency, quality, and minimal downtime.
Team Review and Quick Actions
Conduct regular performance reviews of the production team.
Implement corrective measures to address bottlenecks or deviations in production processes.
Inventory Management
Maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods.
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate reporting.




Cross-Department Communication
Collaborate with design, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production workflows.
Address inter-departmental issues and align objectives for operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3- 5 years of experience in production or operations management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and production planning tools.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Conditions:
In office presence with occasional extended hours based on production needs.
