Own the end-to-end design strategy for a complex consumer service product from discovery to high-fidelity execution

/n
Solve high-impact UX/UI challenges by simplifying intricate workflows into intuitive, elegant interfaces across their app, website, and all social content

/n
Define and scale the design system to ensure visual consistency and engineering efficiency

/n
Lead cross-functional discovery alongside Product and Engineering to align on vision and feasibility

/n
Champion a user-centric culture through rigorous research, prototyping, and usability testing

/n
Mentor and elevate the design team, setting the bar for craft, process, and output

Influence the product roadmap by identifying untapped opportunities through data and design thinking

/n /n Qualifications /n /n
8+ years of experience in product design, with a solid portfolio of shipped consumer or B2C

/n
Mastery of Figma and modern design tools, including advanced prototyping and design system management

/n
Proven ability to translate complex data and financial logic into simple, human-centric experiences

/n
Solid strategic thinker who balances aesthetic excellence with business objectives and ROI

/n
Experience in fast-paced startup settings where speed, iteration, and ownership are vital

Expertise in user research and data-informed decision-making
