We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CNC and VMC machining and programming, and a strong ability to manage activities efficiently while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Supervise daily production activities and assign tasks and responsibilities to employees accordingly.
Ensure CNC and VMC machining & programming knowledge is applied efficiently during operations.
Compile and maintain accurate production records and reports.

Monitor and ensure production plans are executed within defined timelines.
Identify and resolve production issues to minimize delays or disruptions.
Maintain a secure and clean work workplace,



enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
Coordinate with other departments such as quality, maintenance, and planning to ensure smooth workflow.
Provide guidance and support to team members to meet production goals.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing workplace.
Proficient in CNC and VMC machining & programming.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of production planning and control.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
