– PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily atta production and packaging operations as per production plan.
Manage operators, workers and shift-wise manpower.
Monitor production output, quality, wastage and machine performance.
Ensure proper packing, weighing, sealing, coding and labeling.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth operations.
Maintain daily production, wastage and downtime reports.
Ensure GMP, hygiene, safety and 5S standards are followed.
Ensure minimum downtime and achieve daily production targets.

Required Skills
Experience in Atta/Wheat Mill, Food Processing or FMCG Plant preferred.
Positive manpower handling and communication skills.
Knowledge of production processes, packaging and quality control.
Ability to manage shifts and resolve production issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
