About the Role

Navkar is seeking passionate and experienced CA / ACCA / COLLEGE (Ph.D. Holder) Faculty to mentor and train aspiring CA / ACCA. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students pursuing the CA /ACCA qualification.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom lectures for CA/ACCA students.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, question banks, assignments, and mock tests if required.
Conduct doubt-solving sessions and mentor students throughout their qualified journey if required.
Stay updated with amendments, notifications, accounting standards, taxation laws, and auditing practices.
Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum delivery and student outcomes.

Eligibility & Experience




Qualified CA/ACCA /Ph.D; freshly qualified professionals with solid subject knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
1+ year of teaching experience as a college professor in Accounting & Finance.
Prior experience teaching CA/ACCA students at coaching institutes, colleges, or universities is preferred.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Law, Costing, Auditing, and Financial Management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts using practical examples and case studies.
