About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Process Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day business processes and ensure that tasks move smoothly through each stage of the workflow.

The ideal candidate should have a pleasant and cooperative personality, good coordination skills, a sense of responsibility, and working knowledge of MS Excel. Technical knowledge of the business is not required.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor different steps in business workflows.
Ensure tasks are completed within the defined timelines.
Follow up with concerned team members for pending activities.
Share relevant information with everyone involved in the workflow.
Maintain proper coordination and communication between different stakeholders.
Track process status and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Use Excel for basic tracking, updating, and maintaining records.




Escalate delays or pending tasks to the concerned person when required.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
Graduate in any discipline.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Pleasant, polite, cooperative, and professional personality.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Candidate should be able to commute to the office within approximately 45 minutes.
Technical knowledge of the business is not required.
Willingness to commit to a minimum 1-year employment contract is mandatory.
