Technical Skills
Expertise in conceptualizing and formulating Project Execution Plans (PEP), starting from the proposal/marketing stage through project completion.
Strong experience in vendor/fabricator coordination and expediting to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
Proven ability in multi-disciplinary site supervision and coordination with major vendors and site contractors for installation activities, along with maintaining proper site records and documentation.
Ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, project standards, and quality requirements.
Sound knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to project execution.
Strong understanding of relevant industry codes and standards, with desirable exposure to design and development activities.

Software/System Skills
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.




Solid knowledge of project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress tracking using project management software.

Special Skills
Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team-oriented and team-oriented workplace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong coordination, planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Graduate Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
Experience: 20 years of relevant industry experience.
Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbon Consulting, or EPC firms, particularly within the Design Department.
