Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and Telecom projects from initiation to closure.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models based on project requirements.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as project plans, Gantt charts, milestones, trackers, and change logs.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Support project initiation by defining scope, feasibility, deliverables, and aligning stakeholder expectations.
Track project performance using KPIs and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct regular client engagement meetings to gather requirements, manage expectations, and align deliverables.
Execute and monitor risk management plans to minimize delivery obstacles.
Track budgets and financials, provide analysis,



and recommend corrective actions where required.
Prepare and share periodic project status updates and reports with stakeholders.
Demonstrate flexibility to travel as required for project engagements.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, leadership, and project teams.

Mandatory Skills
PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification.
Robust hands-on experience managing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid projects.
Solid understanding of IT and Telecom delivery settings.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking and analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
Strong risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making capabilities.

Desirable Skills
Prior experience working with global clients across time zones.
Exposure to large-scale, multi-vendor, or multi-geo programs.
Solid client-facing and executive presentation skills.
