Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating labour, monitoring work progress, ensuring quality and safety, and ensuring timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Manage and coordinate workers, contractors and subcontractors.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and instructions.
Monitor work quality, progress and productivity.
Allocate daily tasks to workers and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers and the Operations Manager.
Monitor material requirements and report shortages in advance.
Maintain basic records of labour, materials and site progress.
Identify and report delays, quality issues and safety concerns.




Ensure the site is protected, organized and productive.
Provide regular progress updates and site photographs to management.

Candidate Requirements:
Prior construction/site supervision experience preferred.
Positive practical knowledge of construction activities.
Ability to manage and coordinate workers effectively.
Basic understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Responsible, disciplined and proactive approach.
Ability to identify problems and find practical solutions.
Willingness to work at different project sites as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
