Coordinate with customers and internal departments for project requirements.
Follow up on orders, project timelines and deliveries.
Support the Sales Team in quotations, order processing and customer communication.
Maintain project and sales-related records, reports and documentation.
Track project status and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with Production, Design,Sales, Dispatch and other teams for smooth execution.
Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
