Full Stack Development
Design scalable, high-availability platforms using:
Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, React.js
Build microservices-based architectures and REST APIs for messaging platforms
Ensure performance, scalability, and fault tolerance in high-throughput systems

Messaging Domain Implementation
Deliver solutions across:
SMS (A2P, routing, DLR management)
WhatsApp Business API integrations
RCS Business Messaging
Chatbot frameworks & conversational journeys
Handle message orchestration, failover, routing logic, and analytics

DevOps &
Engineering Excellence
Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins / GitHub Actions
Manage repositories via Git / GitHub / GitLab
Enable automated testing, release governance, and monitoring

Customer-Facing Solutioning
Engage with enterprise customers for requirement gathering and solution design
Lead demos, POCs, and technical workshops
Translate business use cases into scalable technical solutions

AI &
Automation
Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into messaging use cases:




Conversational AI (chatbots)
Personalization engines
Automation workflows
Work with NLP models and LLM integrations

Leadership
Mentor engineering teams and drive delivery excellence
Conduct design reviews and enforce best practices

Preferred Experience
Experience with telecom operators or messaging aggregators
Solid understanding of A2P messaging ecosystem
Exposure to network elements and telecom-grade systems
