Your tasks
Coordinate and support the design, planning, and delivery of programs, trainings, workshops and events, ensuring high-quality execution and participant experience
Manage stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and relevant functions to ensure aligned planning and delivery
Oversee processes, workflows, including implementation of business standards,



scheduling, logistics, and service delivery requirements
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and overall service quality
Prepare and maintain reporting, documentation, and operational guidelines to ensure transparency and structured execution
