Role Overview

We are building a recent vertical as the business scales to its next level of growth.

This is a high-ownership generalist role. You will own defined workstreams within larger programs, work with cross-functional AI and operations teams to solve execution problems, and turn data into recommendations that drive decisions.



Part of the charter sits in learning and development, alongside a mix of other projects across the business. Scope changes as the business does, and ownership grows quickly for people who can take it.

What We Are Looking For
0–2 years of experience. Freshers and pre-MBA candidates welcome
Robust academic record from a top institution (IIMs, IITs, IPM, SRCC, SSCBS, LSR and similar)
A generalist who is curious across problems and enjoys variety in the work
High agency, high ownership, and genuinely driven
Strong with numbers. Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets
First-principles thinker with clear written communication
Learns fast, open to feedback, and humble about what they do not know yet
AI-native. Familiar with AI tools and keen to use them to work faster
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
