Roles and Responsibilities
Manage procurement activities for mechanical, electrical, fabrication, sheet metal, machining, and vendor development.
Source materials from vendors to meet project requirements.
Develop solid relationships with suppliers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by monitoring production schedules and inventory levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to procurement processes.
Study BOMs, drawings and technical specifications before procurement.
Understanding our ERP system and procure items through it.
Maintain purchase records, vendor database, PO status and procurement MIS
Purchase products such as -





Motor gearbox, bearings and couplings PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo motors and drive

Sensors and Electrical panel related components

Machines and Fabricated components as per drawings
