Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor daily production activities across plant operations
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards
Handle batch processes, chemical reactions, and process parameters control
Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and shift records
Optimize yield, cycle time, and process efficiency
Coordinate with Maintenance, QA/QC, EHS, and RD teams
Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective preventive actions (CAPA)
Ensure compliance with statutory, TNPCB, and environmental regulations
Support internal/external audits and inspections

Required Skills
Knowledge of chemical plant operations and batch processing
Basic understanding of PFD, PID, mass heat balance
Familiarity with equipment like Reactors, ANF, Centrifuge, Dryers, Pumps
Awareness of Process Safety Management (PSM) practices
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in shift operations
