Roles & Responsibilities
CNC/VMC programming, setup, and tooling knowledge
Basic knowledge of Turning, Milling, and Grinding machines
Ensure smooth machine operations and production flow
Robust manpower handling, supervision, and problem-solving skills
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
Production Planning & Control (PPC): WIP tracking, raw material and manpower planning
Prepare and monitor production schedules and resources
Handle machine breakdowns and maintain maintenance records
Drive process improvements for productivity and quality
Monitor production output to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
Communicate delays and support timely corrective actions
