Key responsibilities
Interpret client-defined measure specifications and reporting calendars into operational requirements.
Review clinical quality, patient safety, infection-control and mortality reporting logic.
Validate evidence, lineage, controls and exception-resolution processes.
Coordinate with the Compliance & Quality Reporting Director and client clinical/compliance authorities.
Ensure the delivery team does not assume unapproved legal, clinical or statutory accountability.
Experience and capability requirements
12+ years in provider quality, clinical governance, accreditation or healthcare compliance.
Experience with clinical-quality measures, patient safety and audit evidence.
Healthcare skilled or relevant quality/compliance qualification preferred.
Robust documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
