Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager with hands-on IAM experience to manage and deliver Identity & Access Management programs. The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and technical understanding of IAM solutions. PMP knowledge and hands-on IAM experience are required.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects and programs.
Define project scope, roadmap, milestones, and KPIs.
Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
Oversee delivery across IAM, IGA, and Access Management.
Manage project governance, risks, budgets, reporting, and executive updates.
Ensure timely milestones, delivery, and client requirements.
Apply Agile,



Waterfall, or Hybrid project management practices.

Required Skills & Experience
5–10 years of overall experience with relevant IAM/project management experience.
Hands-on knowledge of IAM/IGA and security programs.
Experience with SSO/MFA, IGA, and PAM solutions.
Knowledge of Okta, Ping Identity, Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust.
Strong skills in project planning, governance, budgeting, vendor and stakeholder management.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Solid client-facing and executive communication skills.
PMP knowledge is required

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
