Job Title: Project Manager Networking Technologies

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with solid expertise in Networking technologies and end-to-end project lifecycle management. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving successful execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closure.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans effectively.
Handle risk identification, assessment, mitigation strategies, and change control processes.
Coordinate and manage communication between internal teams, vendors, OEMs, and stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards.
Conduct status meetings, progress tracking, and stakeholder reporting.




Drive project governance and ensure projects meet quality and delivery standards.
Manage escalations and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5–8 years of proven experience in Project Management with focus on Networking / IT Infrastructure projects.
Robust knowledge of Networking technologies (Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security, etc.).
Excellent understanding of Project Management methodologies – Waterfall, Agile, Scrum.
Hands-on experience in preparing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.

Certifications (Preferred)
PMP Certification or Agile / Scrum Master Certification
