Job Title: Project Engineer/Manager

Key Responsibilities
Site Execution &
Operational Planning
Translate 2D/3D design drawings, MEP schematics, and technical details into transparent, actionable site execution plans.
Develop comprehensive project master schedules (Gantt charts/WBS), establishing critical paths for site works, procurement, and installation.
Supervise daily site operations, including structural modifications, partitions, ceiling installations, flooring, woodwork, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) integrations.
Monitor site safety, clean workspace protocols, and quality control standards across all trade disciplines.
Vendor, Trade &
Supply Chain Management
Coordinate with general contractors, carpenters, painters, MEP specialists, HVAC technicians, and custom fabricators.
Issue detailed material requisitions well in advance to prevent lead-time delays or site downtime.
Review shop drawings, custom millwork, and factory-fabricated furniture against approved client specs before installation.
Inspect incoming materials on site to verify quantities, quality standards, and compliance with project BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Budget &
Financial Control




Manage project expenditure against the baseline budget to prevent cost overruns.
Review contractor running bills (RAs), measure completed work on site, and authorize payment certifications.
Manage the Change Order / Variation process—evaluating scope changes, estimating financial and timeline impacts, and securing client approvals before execution.
Client Relations &
Stakeholder Alignment
Serve as the principal operational contact for clients, architects, and external consultants.
Conduct weekly site walkthroughs and provide formal progress updates, financial tracking sheets, and milestone reports.
Resolve in office spatial conflicts, architectural discrepancies, or unexpected site conditions proactively.
Manage final snag listing, punch list rectification, testing & commissioning, and handover documentation.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
