Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, cost negotiations, and timely availability of materials required for business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, consumables, packaging materials, and other requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Stores, Production, Accounts, and other departments.
Compare quotations and conduct cost analysis to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and recent suppliers.
Track pending orders, delivery schedules, and material shortages.
Ensure purchased materials meet required quality and specifications.
Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, quantity, pricing, and delivery.




Maintain proper purchase records, vendor documentation, and MIS reports.
Support management in developing procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field .
5–8 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement , preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Robust vendor management and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of procurement processes and purchase documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems .
Strong communication, analytical, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple suppliers and procurement requirements efficiently.
