note: Candidates with a solid track record in Real Estate procurement will be preferred.

We are looking for a strong Purchase Head to lead end-to-end procurement for large-scale real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategic sourcing and procurement of construction materials, services, and project requirements.
Lead vendor development, negotiations, rate contracts, and commercial finalization.
Ensure cost optimization, quality standards, and timely material availability.
Build and manage a robust vendor network across categories.
Oversee Purchase Orders, procurement planning, and supplier performance.
Coordinate closely with Projects, Contracts, Finance, and Management teams.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient procurement systems.

Experience: 10+ years in Real Estate/Construction Procurement, with solid vendor network and negotiation expertise. Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
