Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BoQs) from architectural and engineering drawings
Verify measurements and quantities from contractor bills
Track material quantities against procurement and site usage
Support in preparing cost comparison statements for procurement decisions
Manage the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, contractor prequalification, bid analysis, negotiations, and recommendation of vendors/contractors.

Candidate Profile
10–15 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management within real estate or construction.
Solid experience in residential projects, preferably luxury/premium developments.
Proven expertise in BOQ preparation, estimation,



tendering, rate analysis, billing, cost control, and contract administration.
Robust understanding of civil, architectural, finishing, and MEP quantities.
Experience handling contractors, consultants, and commercial negotiations.
Proficiency in Excel and QS/ERP systems; knowledge of SAP/ERP and quantity take-off software preferred.
Robust analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial decision-making skills.
