Research and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction wherever possible.
Conduct market analysis of various products to identify trends and competitive pricing.
Evaluate and compare suppliers for procurement of products and materials.
Negotiate prices with suppliers in line with prevailing market trends.
Manage effective purchasing and ordering of products for production and office requirements.
Ensure proper order placement after receiving duly approved requisition forms from respective departments.
Handle current product development activities, including artwork creation, pouch development, and carton development.
Allocate, plan, and order pouches and cartons as per requisitions with proper authorized approvals.
Create work orders after obtaining consent and approval from superiors.
Conduct regular market visits to gather market intelligence and supplier insights.
Maintain supplier lists and ensure proper documentation.
