Job Summary

As a Sr.Purchase Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the full scope of Sourcing and procurement processes by providing the best conditions in terms of quality, price, delivery terms, technology and sustainability in accordance with guidelines and all in compliance with local as well as group regulations and procedures.

Role overview

You will be part of Service Procurement -EMEA -Region, Global Supply Chain, Cement which supports Service procurement. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in an international workplace involving different cultures and different challenges. This department works closely with both our internal and external customers to ensure Fuller Technologies cement spare parts are on time delivery and help customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Examine and analyze departmental purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy of information.
Commercial and technical knowledge in offer evaluations.
Effective negotiation, finalization, and cost optimization
Should be capable of building relationship with Sales, Engineering, Expediting and other stake holders.
Should be capable of supporting to meet the team KPI and individual KPI.

What you bring




Experience in the fields of spare parts purchasing .
Solid commercial and financial understanding.
Understanding of technical specification drawings in purchase orders.
Planning and Organizing
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Good Oral Written communication skills in English.
Expert in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Hands-on experience with ERP-systems
Good knowledge of P2P - Procure to Pay process flow - desirable.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical engineering.
At least 8 to 10 years of experience in purchasing role.
Robust knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and industry standards.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize purchasing decisions.
