Industry: US Healthcare RCM
Lead the RCM Quality/QA team and manage daily quality operations.
Conduct audits across AR, Denials, Medical Billing, Payment Posting, Charge Entry, Prior Auth/EVBV, etc.
Monitor Quality, Accuracy, SLA/KPI and Error Rates.
Perform RCA, CAPA and process improvement activities.
Conduct quality calibration sessions with Operations and Training teams.
Prepare Quality MIS and performance reports.
Coach QA Analysts and drive quality improvement.
Handle client escalations and ensure HIPAA/compliance adherence.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM/Medical Billing.
1–2+ years in Quality Team Lead / QA Lead / Quality Supervisor role.
Robust knowledge of Quality Audits, RCA, CAPA, Calibration and RCM processes.
Excellent communication, analytical and team-management skills.
